Borders Tai Chi group raise funds for PATCH by climbing the Three Brethren

Last month, Elaine Fair and her son Andrew, climbed the Three Brethren in aid of PATCH.

It’s a fair climb and it is so lovely to have support from this group. It all helps to spread the word about PATCH’s role in encouraging the improvement of palliative care for patients, their families and their friends in hospital. The most recent PATCH project in the Borders is end of life on site training for patients with dementia in Queens Care Home in Kelso in collaboration with the Queen Margaret University.

Thank you Elaine and Andrew – we could not achieve anything without such support and kindness.
